no longer usable
the app was just updated and requires 16.6 operating system. Way to go, the app wont work on my phone anymore. Older people cant just keep buying new phones, are they trying to drive us away?

I have had no issues with the new app! I love that I can transfer so easily to other accounts I’m connected to!! I have had no issues with logging on or working with in the app.

So far I’m not impressed. No app for androids right now, only for iPhone users. I have an iPhone. Most of the app has no back buttons, you’re trying to figure out how to get out of that page, no back button, so you have to push the menu bar for the most part. I tried getting into another account of me and my husband’s. Apparently I have the wrong password, though I just wrote it in my book. Now my online account has been disabled which means I’ll have to call the credit Union to get back on it. Do you know how archaic that is? Stop disabling my account when it’s important for me to be on there. You can call or send me a text message that their is multiple attempts to try and get on my account. You do it for debit cards to verify it’s me. One positive is I can disable my card if it gets lost or stolen. I don’t see that option online, only in the app.

Slow app and won’t work way too much. Several times can’t log in for a day or more even!
Needs update
Horrible. This app SERIOUSLY needs an update. It’s super slow, and glitchy. It messes up often when I’m trying to transfer money or keep up to date on how much money I have left in my account after spending on groceries, gas, etc.
Worst banking app I’ve ever used.
Well I say that I am literally not kidding, if it’s not letting me login it’s saying I’m logged in and I have to wait to login again. The app is always down it uses face scan but also uses your passwords and your privacy questions to enter so the face scan is pointless. I literally hate logging into this app To check my own balance it’s like an adventure on its own.It’s like the name of the credit union implies it’s like a journey using their app because it takes so long.

Slowest app I’ve used. If you need to look at your account make sure you have ten minutes for it to load.
Waste of time
App won’t load beyond the login screen, and then locks you out for 20 minutes because it says you already logged in.
Garbage App
Exactly what the title says, a garbage job. The company even has the audacity when you call the bank to say that you have access to your account 24 seven with their online banking. No you don’t, you have access to your account when their systems are down for 24 to 48 hours at a time. Extremely inconvenient, unprofessional and a waste of time. Thank you for adding to banking anxiety and slowing down the process of everything and anything financial with the help of your app. 👎🏼👎🏼

Disappointed and frustrating
It is nearly impossible to make a mobile deposit. Once you finally get the image of the front and back to align and take the app signs you out and you have to start the whole process over. Very disappointing and frustrating.

This mobile banking app makes me feel it’s from the year 2012.
I have to delete then re-download the app every time I want to use it. It freezes constantly and then just doesn’t work. Way more convenient to use the web version to view accounts.
