They’re giving away rewards every Wednesdays but the barcode for the rewards on the app doesn’t work. I contacted support but no return.

Every time I try to use the app or enter my number at the pump, it doesn’t work. I have to go inside to scan the app every time and would rather pay at the pump. So frustrating!

Inaccurate information
Journie app sent me to a chevron EV station indicating that there were 2 available charging stations… drove miles over to the station (Comox, BC) only to learn there were no EV stations there. Worker at the station mentioned that others had also been misdirected to this station
Great savings and bonuses
I’ve been using the Journie rewards for a few years now and have been very happy. I mainly collect aeroplan miles when using my cc so it’s been great to have my gas purchases help build my miles. I also get discounts on gas for being with CIBC so it’s been nothing but amazing for me. Thanks for the great experience and bonuses!

Please add Apple wallet support. It’s annoying to have to open the app to scan the card. I may as well just carry the physical card with me.

It provides hassle free service and great discounts on gas too. I use this because I like their premium grade gas that’s why I use it.
