why have to activate a deal?
journie logged into the wrong account, into my apple account instead of my cell phone account, so I end up never actually activate the gas deal saving before the pump, what a joke of an app, just activate the deals automatically why force people to manually do it

Be careful guys, they would offer a 5 or 10 cents discount on a certain date and at the same time the Ultramar station would hike their rates for the same ratio. Clearly one of the two don’t want to offer any rate cuts. I used to be a loyal customer but not again.

With the new app update I can no longer access my app account or activate rewards in app

Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced.
The app is super glitchy, and instead of fixing the issues, they keep blaming the customer. I was told I’d be contacted within a few days, but it’s now been over a week with multiple emails and absolutely no response.

This is the worst app. It constantly flashed unable to display information and flickers on the screen.
Stick to other providers, journey is not good for electric charging or app experience.

There is a glitch in the app while trying to use the car wash pass and it doesn’t show car wash history
Full of bugs
The section that shows charging stations is almost always flashing. I have to kill and reopen the app again. The last time I tried to charge, I lost 20 minutes without any success.
Impossible to use for charging EV
Buggy, never work properly went trying to charge at a station, please fix it! I love the programm but the app is worthless !

Pioneer Dundas USED to lower their prices by a few pennies per litre a while back…..sadly they stopped doing that forcing me to shop around for the best deal, away from my own neighbourhood!
