Unreliable service
We’ve been using their services for around 10 times. The initial experience was very good until the last two trips. There was something wrong with the charger which it failed to charge but also locked our charging cable (once on Wednesday and once today). We called the customer service hotline and frankly it gave us no service. It didn’t solve our problems at all. They said they would send people to unlock for us and when we asked how long, the customer service team just kept refusing to give us an answer (not even a rough time estimation). This is the worst part of “managing expectations” from an user’s point of view. At the end, it was the shopping mall management office who came to rescue us instead. The problem solving and attitude from the Jove’s customer service team were absolutely useless. No product knowledge. Bad user experience. We have already uninstall the app. We have given them a chance but yet failed again.
