Won’t connect to app
The earbuds connected easily via Bluetooth to iPhone 14. I am able to make calls, listen to music, etc. I Download this app and the first thing the app does is try and connect to the earbuds, which never happens. It just keeps spinning. Also tried going through the registration portion of the app and it needs to send a code via text, which never came. I tried multiple times. I purchased through Sharper Image and would not recommend these earbuds.

Doesn’t work. Don’t purchase.
The earphones connect to Bluetooth no problem, but anytime you try press the translate button it says “network error” and won’t work. Don’t purchase.
Must be a scam
It worked first time only. Since
then it says “Network Unavailable”. There is no way to get help.
