New bug fix has broken the app.
Downloaded this app in December in anticipation for my new baby. She’s 5 weeks old and I was constantly uploading to Joy to keep family members updated with how she’s growing etc etc. However the latest bug fix has broken the App completely for me, it won’t load at all. I’ve tried updating my device (it’s using the latest software), tried deleting the app and downloading it again (that doesn’t work). Emailed the Joy support team and got sent a link to try and log in on the website based app, tried this and got taken to the App Store to download the App, which again wouldn’t open.
Absolutely gutted because I used to like just browsing through the pictures myself randomly and now I can’t. I keep trying several times a day but until the developers bring out an update or whatever, I can’t access my daughters pictures.

Even my retired parents love using it
Makes it simple to choose and thortfully organise and present! First used to share professional photos, videos and friends & family snaps of our Covid wedding with loved ones who were there and afar. Now the app is our ‘Memory Maker’ for sharing and valuing the joy of any special moment no matter how small or significant. Thank-you!

Love having my Joy album
Joy solves a huge problem for me and my family: we take so many photos and never end up looking at them ever again. Now we save all our favorites in Joy and come home each day to see our memories rotating on the Joy album on our coffee table.
