Can not load Joya Life

Been playing Joya Life for many months and now can’t load the game at all on my iPhone nor iPad! Was fine before the Version 4.17 upgrade but now can’t open it at all! Is anyone else having this problem or can anyone help me troubleshoot threw this issue! Can’t report the problem anywhere so decided to do it here to see if I get any help…🤔
