Donāt Order Anything or Order at Your Own Risk
I Ordered a Silver Bar And No Tracking Information Provided as They Product is still not dispatched so Tracking Number is Not Genrated, I Tried to Cancel The Order but In thr App No Cancellation Option Is Working Chat Option Is Good For Nothing And They Have Worst customer Support. So Finally I Wrote a Mail Still No Reply of That - I Need To Cancel My Order Just Cancel Cancel Cancel It - Give Me My Money Back Cancel The Order Do You Understand?

Donāt buy online or offline.
It almost seems they donāt want to accept the returns. 2 weeks since I raised return request. Still waitingā¦theyāll make the logistics partner call you and give you all kinds of excuses. Raise National Consumer Helpline. Thatās the only thing that works ā¦same goes for their stores as well. They donāt seem to pay enough even to their managers as those guys too just donāt care. Very very apathetic attitude.

Scheme payment
Unable to make the payment online for gold scheme, it keeps showing me White screen using all the methods, UPI, net banking and credit card or debit card doesnāt work. Iāve been trying from last 10 days. Itās just throwing me blank white screen.

I found the app very user friendly. Really liked the 3D view of all the products, none of the other brands are doing it this well. Brough a necklace online and the delivery was done on time.

Worst ever app.. installed after subscribing for gold schemeā¦ very very bad app not able pay at all as it get logged out during payment or payment through cards wont simply go through.Plus it looks like they want us to discontinue paying scheme and want to keep our money without giving us benefits. They dont give reminder msgs or their app will never open to pay. Kindly look for better jewellers

You canāt pay through card. Gold smuggling as they donāt want online card payment I guess.
