The whole shelf moved to a bigger machine. Every world is drawn at twice the size now, with a camera that follows you through somewhere larger than the screen, and each one plays as a run rather than a minute: stages that change the ground under you, a set-piece at the end of each — a rogue wave, an avalanche at your heels, a heron that hunts the pond — and things you earn on the way. Wellies for the wet sand. Waxed runners. A longer tongue. A lamp for the dark water. • CONTINUE. When the last heart goes, the cabinet gives you ten seconds and a credit: same stage, same score, back in. No run thrown away for one mistake. • Playable by a thumb. Every world was flown by a deliberately clumsy pilot — late, dropping inputs, the way a person on a phone plays — and by nobody at all. A world that a thumb could not play, or that played itself, went back for another pass; Vine Swing was rebuilt around a swing you can actually read. A world now waits for your first touch instead of starting while you read how to play. • New ground: a dead castle of four dark halls to light, a pond of lily pads that sink once you have stood on them, a night orchard in a gale, and a back yard you may only cross while the window light is looking somewhere else. • "Restore purchases" now says what it actually does: it looks for a pack you paid for that never arrived. • The app is JoyBoy.Club under the icon, and the microphone asks properly — a tap, not a hold.
