Deleted my saves
The new update was required and it deleted over an hour of recorded saves. So I have to redo them. And it did this to my partners as well…. Meaning they also had to recreate them. Not happy.

Other then device control; the app is use-less since most member profiles are fake, others members are constantly banned, and as of recently there internet security authority certificates have expired making it completely dead..
Worst toy/app company ever; ill go back to the high end sells and pay the higher price for better products and app control..
with ios update 26.6.1, the app no longer works at all.. no images, no comments allowed, and cant even open a user profile without crashing

Scammers & Bot Galore
Full of scammers and catfishes, if you want them app please be careful, people getting blackmailed or pay 2 play for the other person to disappear, there Reddit account seems to be unmanned and I think Joyhub either have given up or just don’t care

Was great when I had the app in the beginning but now there is way less content for videos that are fun to watch with connection of toys. If the old stuff was brought back then I would give it a better rating. I have seen a lot of spammers so be careful. Very few real people on the app.

L’application est vraiment bien, il y a énormément de choses fun à faire dessus et le système de progression est plutôt bien pensé.
Si je devais avoir une idée d’amélioration ce serait d’ajouter les pays et l’heure dans le profil des utilisateurs, ça permettrait d’éviter de demander à quelqu’un s’il a passé une bonne journée alors qu’il vient de se lever !
De plus, si cela est possible, ça pourrait être bien d’avoir la possibilité d’intégrer les jouets connectés de marques différentes.
