Pretty good
So far so good have not had any issues. Only thing is not sure how the 2 way audio works but that’s okay. The night vision is good and using the app is simple.
Cannot Get Alerts. 5-13-20
Used this app with OptJoy camera. Pretty easy to connect with iPhone and camera quality is good. Got alert notifications with movement for (1) day then no more. Get a prompt to turn on Off Home Mode to get alerts but there is nowhere I can find in settings to do this. My camera is basically useless to alert me while my grand baby is napping.

Need to be able to allow multiple people to control a camera
It would be nice if my husband could have the same ability to move and speak thru the camera like I do. The share options limits what he can do.

Stay away
The app freezing during playback was expected for the cheap price. The remote viewing alert blinking when none of us were viewing is totally unacceptable. Was someone watching us or is it a glitch? We’ll never know because it went back in the box and back to Amazon.
Constantly crashes
I’ve been using this app for about a year and every single DAY it crashes over and over and over. I have days where it won’t connect at all either even when I disconnect and reconnect the app numerous times. I’m livid. I use this camera for my toddler and when the app doesn’t work I can’t watch my toddler at night. This is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed for all of us at home trying to check on our sleeping babies.

Needs to update application
Frequently disconnects the camera from the application, the I reset the camera to reconnect but after After I updated my iPhone to IOS 13.1 the app doesn’t connect the camera to WiFi network. It doesn’t show the WiFi connection in the application the phone is connected to the wireless network in IOS. Now the camera is useless for me.

No communication
This is the ONLY WAY to communicate with developer. No support whatsoever! Cloud storage did work before. Not anymore. So if it works for you - fine, don't expect any communication from this developer! Link to contacts is broken either
New moms AVOID
Worst baby monitor! Works with WiFi but ALWAYS buffers no matter how upgraded your WiFi is. Cable, internet, etc. can be working fine but you will NOT be able to see your precious baby consistently. Do not buy this product! (We received this as a gift at our baby shower)
Don’t buy!!!!!!!
This monitor is horrible, it hardly connects to my WiFi, and when it finally does it shuts off half way through the night. It has several glitches and when you reach out to the company you don’t receive any help. Avoid at all costs, you get what you pay for!
No cloud video
App does not show videos stored on cloud service. While app apparently stores video on cloud, it does not show in the list of videos in app, the list is empty. The bug appeared in recent update.
Keeps crushing
It works fine when it does but it usually keeps crushing
Cannot see the red tape marks
Can only see the blue tape recordings but not red tape recordings on a motion. Cloud recordings are there for the motions. Make recordings only at motion for SD card feature.24hrs recordings makes no sense. Please make it an option to set motion record and 24hrs record.
Great until recently
Been using camera and app for months the app would drop annoyingly but tolerable. Now I can’t even launch the dang app. What changed and please fix it!!!

Great work, allows me to always keep an eye on my child no matter where I am in the House.

Fix the bug please. Bought this model because Amazon said it could share camera with more than one phone.
Research and get a better product.
If you can get it to work in your phone it’s ok but it doesn’t share it allow you to sync up more than one phone to a camera. Just keeps saying error. It’s ridiculous. So many bugs. Should have researched the leisure I was getting better, the thing cane with horrible instructions.
Not connecting to App
I’m not able to connect the camera to the app. I got them today in the mail and haven’t worked all day. Plz someone help.
