NEVER USE JOYRIDE
I never get a ride from joyride ever except for the few people that did pick me up last year but I don’t think they are there anymore so I don’t get picked up anymore. I am a Young Black women that only trying to get to work on time and balance school as well I’ve contacted joyride about this they still haven’t done anything to fix this issue and it happens everytime I try to put in a ride so I gave up on the app completely and NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND USING IT. OR NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY ELSE.

This is the best way to book a ride in Tuscaloosa. It’s cheaper than Uber and Lyft! This app is great because you can pay right on it and you can see where the drivers are when they’re on the way.

I love using the app to order Joyrides. It’s so easy to use and I love that they offer discount codes you can redeem in their app! Highly recommend for getting around Tuscaloosa
Terrible service
I had a medical procedure where I needed transportation to and from the hospital. The hospital used joy ride as the transportation service. On the morning of the procedure, Joyride did not call to tell me they were running late until after the time I was to be at the hospital. By that time, I had already driven myself to the hospital thinking they were a no show. They did get me home, but now I had a car at the hospital to get home. So arrangements were made with this service to come at 4 o’clock in the afternoon with another person to pick up my car and deliver it to my home. That was another no-show and no phone call or text to let me know that there was a problem. So at 5 o’clock I arranged to have it picked up by someone else. I finally got a text at 7:35 at night to let me know they had to reschedule for the next day.So unless you enjoy a guessing game about when you’re going to be picked up, don’t use this service
