Why its not showing caller information on band when it is connected to iphone. Please add this feature

Data of number of steps taken is not linking with the app. Contacted the support email but no response it’s been a week now. The band however it does because the phone is ringing that’s you know if a message has come through so that is something

Can’t find caller name or mobile number if synced with iPhone. Need an Update for iPhone.
Grossly inaccurate
This app and the fitness band are very inaccurate. The step counter is very wrong. You can be sitting still and it’ll say you’ve walked 600 steps. How????

Caller name cannot be seen. I think it is a bug. Please fix it and I’ll change my rating to 5 ⭐️.
Poor app
Not that much good product. It get automatic Disconnect and take time to connect. Waste of money
Need update for 12 hours time format
This watch has 24 hours time format I need an update for 12 hours time format when I connect my watch to iphone 6 there is no option for changing the time format please fix this problem then I'll give 5 stars ⭐ App is great but I need some changes
