FREEZES
No matter how many times I call and reset questions it freezes before I can answer them. I have to keep calling and resetting the questions so I can get into the account
Camera not working in app
Just updated my JP Stone Banking app as instructed and now my camera isn’t working to deposit a check into my account.

This app won’t ever give you security questions you set up. Then when i put in my correct answers to the questions it says i’m wrong. Horrible app
Won’t load
The app doesn’t load anymore. It’s been doing this for weeks. I’ve tried to reinstall it but it still stays on the loading screen.
Doesn’t allow app to activate debit cards
Gotta wait till the end of the weekend to activate it

This is a bit clunky, won’t rotate from vertical to horizontal on the screen. Functional but not streamlined.
