Cancel subscription?

I am trying to cancel my subscription however there is no option to do so. I have tried contacting the team via the app but am unable to as I get a pop up to connect an email to the app to contact the team. Yet it isn’t clear where (if anywhere) I can connect my email to the app? Is this possible or has it been purposely designed this way so that the 3 day free trial elapses by the time the team responds and they extract the first payment in the renewing subscription before cancelling?
