Rubbish App.
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. There are only 5 choices of sports which include golf and climbing. Where is the gym, pickle, padel and tennis? Cannot find any settings, user manual won’t show on screen and paperwork that came with the smart ring is too small to read. Come on guys this is really basic stuff we need!?

Stopped working
Was tracking steps well but within 2 weeks it stopped working and kept giving me a not connected message but it’s connected good thing it’s cheap goes to show you get what you pay for
Garbage
I ordered this ring because it was supposed to do blood glucose. It doesn’t. I was supposed to get two rings as part of the promo, I didn’t. This product over promises and barely delivers. Don’t waste your money.

Constant App crashing
A purchase I really regret. App constantly crashes with a 20% chance it opens, there is no way to reconnect the device to the phone if it becomes disconnected unless it’s put on charge again.

Bracelet doesn’t connect
It works only when charging.
Won’t work correctly
I tried it out, and it sucks. I have an app that syncs my fitbit (because it’s better than an Apple Watch) to my Health Data on my iphone. The JRing is supposed to connect with my Health Data and it doesn’t update. All settings are on. Still doesn’t work. Yesterday it said i walked 425 steps. I actually walked over 7,000. This thing sucks. Don’t get it. If it’s not made in USA then it sucks.

Reliant on faulty bluetooth connection
App sporadically connected and constantly disconnects from Bluetooth connection making it unreliable and terribly frustrating - I do not have this issue w Fitbit and Oura devices-

It tried for months and then all of a sudden it uncombined itself from my phone so I could no longer track DATA or keep the right time on the ring

Tout est dans le titre! Et je ne vois pas comment faire. La bague est chargée, mais est « invisible ». Une idée ?
Une app à revoir
Autant la bague est jolie et facile à porter, autant l’application est à revoir! Les donnes sont approximatives, les traductions nulles , et surtout aucune possibilité d’avoir une simple notification qui indique que qu’il n’y a plus de batterie! Donc on se retrouve avec des jours sans données….

Was never great, but now won’t even open
The ring is great, but this app is not. It was ok, then had issues opening, now won’t open at all. It does me no good when I can’t see the information!
UPDATE: deleted and reinstalled and it opens now, but will not connect to either of my rings. They connect to Bluetooth with no issues, but the app will no longer connect with them.

Displayhelligkeit stellt sich immer auf 80%
Die App ist teilweise schlecht übersetzt und Man kann sie nicht im Hintergrund laufen, denn dann. Ist der Akku vom Ring sehr schnell leer. Das sollte vom Entwickler mal überarbeitet werden.
Ring does not connect to app
Out of the box it worked well. A week later it disconnected from app. I’ve tried to reconnect. The ring shows up on available devices but will not connect to the app. Because of this the ring is useless for my purpose.
