It’s come a long way
In a short period of time, this app has gotten a lot better. You’re able to book an appointment, see when your appointment is, and even pay through the app so you don’t have to worry about it. There are two things I would like to see get fixed. The main thing is make it so we can choose a specific amount to tip instead of a percentage. I want to put an exact amount instead of it being a weird amount. I don’t like to have to calculate that a $7 tip comes out to be 38.xxxx% and if I don’t put the exact percentage, it’s not $7. Plus, you make it seem like giving 20% is giving a good tip but it’s really not. You will allow your hair stylist to get better tips if you don’t force us to do a percentage. The second thing is the check-in feature. I was at the parking lot and building when I tried to check-in but it wouldn’t let me because the check-in location is in the intersection. Either you need to make the area bigger or more accurate. But the tip issue is the main one that needs to be fixed. Update: I had to take one star off because the autopay that used to work doesn’t work at any of the locations now.
Stop with the percent tip and offer a straight up dollar amount. Also, what makes this app a complete failure, the checkin feature. I’m at the location but the app thinks it’s about 1000 feet down the road and it doesn’t refresh fast enough for me to be able to drive by and check in. So I either have to pull into a random place just to check in or not even bother with it. I just don’t bother and that make this app absolutely horrible.
