Won’t accept valid sign-in credentials
App asks for order number and email address to sign-in, but won’t accept mine. I have verified that what I’m entering is indeed correct.
App still doesn’t upload photos from iPhone
Spent a lot of money and time paying for a service that doesn’t have a threshold functional ability to upload photos, not impressed
Cannot Upload Photos
Cannot upload photos to this app using any of the options (take photo, upload from camera roll, attach file from one drive). I see no reason to download this app at all. Just communicate with the company via their customer support email.
Why no status check???
Its great for asking for help/assistance, but it would be SO MUCH BETTER if it also allowed you to check status!! You should be able to see if they received your impression, and also if your guard has been made/sent. That would be incredibly helpful and a big improvement to the app.
Good ticketing system
I purchased night guard and downloaded this app to ask few questions related to product and I got answered within 10 mins and closed the ticket. I loved it!
Very Weird App
I ordered something from this company n downloaded the app to use it to help me out with my order. It never worked so i think i archived the app instead of deleting it; now i get messages like “Hiiii” and random ones like “Hiikbjbj” but when i open it there r no notifications very creepy !!
