A little temperamental
Overall I like it but it will drop connection really easily even when the phone is close. Also, no way to turn off the menstrual period calculator when it is irrelevant to me. (Hysterectomy)
The worst
I purchased 20+ smart rings on Temu and this was by far the worst. Not even close.

I cannot get this ring to stay connected to Bluetooth
I cannot get this ring to stay connected to Bluetooth. I have already done the factory reset. Didn’t help. It will connect for a minute then disconnect again. Also, when I am wearing the ring, if I walk away from (or shut) the box that it charges in, it disconnects.
The most recent problem though is that it is saying the battery is low and to charge it. How is it still at 0% charged when it has been charging for an hour? (Charger and charger box both work). The ring and the box were both lighting up while charging.
I got this ring to monitor my BP, but it seems to be the cause of my high BP at this point.

App crashes so much I can’t use it.
I just got my ring and can’t use it because the app keeps crashing. It prompts to update and crashes before I can do anything. It’s kind of useless when I can’t use the app to track anything. Please update the app.
App not working
Got my ring keep trying to set it up but my app opens and shuts down. I’ve done this multiple times. Even tried deleting and reinstalling the app. No luck. Not very happy.

App keeps shutting down and won’t record sleep or steps correctly. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and nothing is working. Go elsewhere for a smart ring, this one is not it!
Not a good app
The app closes all the time as soon as you open it. Have installed and uninstalled numerous times. And the app doesn’t work as in doesn’t register steps sleep or anything. Been wearing ring for a week and no readings. Like really. App is junk.

Does what it says. You can change the times it takes vitals. Keeps me updated throughout the day. Now if it did blood sugar readings and A1C. Super nice. Thank you for the app.

The direction have nothing to do with my ring. Do not have charging case. The directions just keep getting worse.
All features not working
When I first received this ring, I hooked it up got everything going worked perfect recorded everything and then all of a sudden it’s no longer recording my sleep patterns. I don’t know what I can do. I’ve checked everything to make sure it’s all marked correctly, but it’s still not working so if you have any suggestions, please let me know and I’ll change my rating. All the other parts of the functions work fine.

Not worth the money
I bought this ring to keep track on my health and my sleep. However it never stays connected to the app. And is very hard to reconnect once it comes disconnected.
Ring and app doesn’t work
Randomly disconnecting and doesnt keep up on measurements. Never tracks sleep and goes dead every 10 hours.
