This is a joke. Constantly rejects checks because it ‘can’t find the endorsement’ that is CLEARLY on the check!!!
Horrible App
Worst app I’ve ever used. It shouldn’t be this hard to make a payment on a JSSB bill, through a JSSB app.
Easy
The app is great! Easy to navigate and use. Customer service is amazing!
Error updating
Multiple times a week I get an error saying it can’t update. So apparently the bugs are not fixed.
Online banking
JSSB’s online banking is very easy to use. Support staff is always helpful and friendly if I need assistance 😊

Now I’m broken and can’t update.

It would be nice if I could deposit more then 5 checks a month.Do to this I am going to be looking for a new bank!!!

can’t even log in anymore and the few times i made it in it shows i have zero accounts

I think JSSB works hard to find the worst mobile deposit app made! I use 4 banks and only JSSB has a horrible app
Confusing
Went from simple to use to overly confusing, all for what reason exactly? 10/10 would never recommend this mobile banking app to anyone.
