Itโs a no for me
I picked thirty minutes early because it was raining but still had to walk. I made it through class by the time they finally assigned me a ride.
App crashed
After i booked, it crashed. Uninstall and reinstall, it does not work. Poor developed app.
Services needs improvement
This app needs improvement. They need more drivers for the increase of students using the app to get to classes/dorms. They added a shuttle but the shuttle does not go to half the places as the regular drivers. Grateful for the free service but it could be better.
Very Helpful
Have to schedule pickup day in advanced during the semester, but I think itโs because of how many people use it! Very helpful!
Terrible app and always crashes
The app always crashes and is poorly developed. They shouldโve kept JSU rides on the MYJSU app and never shouldโve switched it over to its separate app ๐๐ฝ
