It’s a no for me
I picked thirty minutes early because it was raining but still had to walk. I made it through class by the time they finally assigned me a ride.
App crashed
After i booked, it crashed. Uninstall and reinstall, it does not work. Poor developed app.
Services needs improvement
This app needs improvement. They need more drivers for the increase of students using the app to get to classes/dorms. They added a shuttle but the shuttle does not go to half the places as the regular drivers. Grateful for the free service but it could be better.
Very Helpful
Have to schedule pickup day in advanced during the semester, but I think it’s because of how many people use it! Very helpful!
Terrible app and always crashes
The app always crashes and is poorly developed. They should’ve kept JSU rides on the MYJSU app and never should’ve switched it over to its separate app 👎🏽

Extremely Poor Service
If you don’t plan on scheduling your ride a day or two in advance, don’t bother using this service. If you need to get to class on time, don’t use this service. If you’re like me, and you have no other way to get all the way across campus, I pity you. The service is understaffed to an extreme, there’s not enough drivers per student.

Crashes everytime
Everytime i book it crashes. I also tried to log out and log back in and also delete the app and nothing works.

App crashes every time I tried to open it and when I am able to book a ride it doesn’t come up in the app. It will also crash after booking the ride. Otherwise I’m glad we have this service and I hope these problems are fixed soon.
