Functionality bad
Use to when you got a text the additional cents off per gallon would auto-load. Not the case any longer. Calling customer support states you have to upload it to your app. Didn’t have to in the past. Not sure who your developers are but you have ruined the user friendliness of the app.
App works fine, but
The app works fine and is easy to navigate, but I can no longer check fuel prices for the only local store/station through the app. Plus, our local store regularly raises fuel prices to offset any discounts offered from Mapco. Most of the time we can get a better price on fuel from a nearby Fuel City store. For instance, our local Mapco has 87 octane at $3.49 while Fuel City has 87 octane at $3.38 and is half the distance from us.

Reward
Received an email on the 15th of August for 5 cents off a gallon and good until the 17th. When on the 16th and only got 3 cents off. Hung up the hose and went somewhere else for fuel. This store is in Pulaski Tn.
Horrible discount app
If I could give zero stars I would. The new updated app is just awful! This map down the road is the only place I get gas which is very often and I just now have made enough points over the last six months to get a damn cookie of all things! Those are the rewards I have gotten and saved up for the last six months with using my rewards a couple of times a week from getting gas. That should tell you right there how horrible of a discount app this. If Mapco was not right down the road from me and gas prices didn’t stay decently low compared to everybody else, I would never go back to a Mapco again.

Terrible app
Designed to fail. Punched in “loyalty number” “invalid”… also, there is no scanner at hardly any of the pumps.
