Terrible app
Designed to fail. Punched in “loyalty number” “invalid”… also, there is no scanner at hardly any of the pumps.

Almost useless
I used to love the MAPCO app because of the convenience to check gas prices at the different stations even if I was out of town. That was one of the best functionalities of the app along with it having the gas stations address. With gas prices rising then MAPCO also takes away redeeming points for 5 cents off, and 10 cents off…you have to build points for months now to get enough to redeem for the .25 or .50 off now. MAPCO is quickly loosing my business…at least at Murphys I can actually check the gas price of a location before visiting. I used to brag about how convenient the app was and recommend MAPCO and the app but not anymore.

No gas prices?!?!
What is even the point of having an app for a *GAS* station if you aren’t going to show the gas prices for the different locations? Went from being a very useful app to one that doesn’t show me anything that you need when dealing with refueling a car….no quick view anything, you have to click multiple buttons to find anything, and if you do find the rewards, they are only for food unless you can gather 3000 point before they expire. Average of 30
Points per fill up, means 100 fills before you even get close to 3000 points. Just not worth my time or money anymore.

I have called, emailed, etc and nobody seems to be able to fix the problem!! FOR MONTHS!! Yall have lost months of fuel and cigarette purchases
No fuel price
Fix the app so many bugs—CEO email address bounces back! Not sure if you are aware but the new app does not provide the current fuel price, not sure why that is but it keeps me from fueling at your stations and makes me wonder what you are hiding.
