Functionality bad
Use to when you got a text the additional cents off per gallon would auto-load. Not the case any longer. Calling customer support states you have to upload it to your app. Didn’t have to in the past. Not sure who your developers are but you have ruined the user friendliness of the app.
App works fine, but
The app works fine and is easy to navigate, but I can no longer check fuel prices for the only local store/station through the app. Plus, our local store regularly raises fuel prices to offset any discounts offered from Mapco. Most of the time we can get a better price on fuel from a nearby Fuel City store. For instance, our local Mapco has 87 octane at $3.49 while Fuel City has 87 octane at $3.38 and is half the distance from us.

Reward
Received an email on the 15th of August for 5 cents off a gallon and good until the 17th. When on the 16th and only got 3 cents off. Hung up the hose and went somewhere else for fuel. This store is in Pulaski Tn.
Horrible discount app
If I could give zero stars I would. The new updated app is just awful! This map down the road is the only place I get gas which is very often and I just now have made enough points over the last six months to get a damn cookie of all things! Those are the rewards I have gotten and saved up for the last six months with using my rewards a couple of times a week from getting gas. That should tell you right there how horrible of a discount app this. If Mapco was not right down the road from me and gas prices didn’t stay decently low compared to everybody else, I would never go back to a Mapco again.

Terrible app
Designed to fail. Punched in “loyalty number” “invalid”… also, there is no scanner at hardly any of the pumps.

Almost useless
I used to love the MAPCO app because of the convenience to check gas prices at the different stations even if I was out of town. That was one of the best functionalities of the app along with it having the gas stations address. With gas prices rising then MAPCO also takes away redeeming points for 5 cents off, and 10 cents off…you have to build points for months now to get enough to redeem for the .25 or .50 off now. MAPCO is quickly loosing my business…at least at Murphys I can actually check the gas price of a location before visiting. I used to brag about how convenient the app was and recommend MAPCO and the app but not anymore.

No gas prices?!?!
What is even the point of having an app for a *GAS* station if you aren’t going to show the gas prices for the different locations? Went from being a very useful app to one that doesn’t show me anything that you need when dealing with refueling a car….no quick view anything, you have to click multiple buttons to find anything, and if you do find the rewards, they are only for food unless you can gather 3000 point before they expire. Average of 30
Points per fill up, means 100 fills before you even get close to 3000 points. Just not worth my time or money anymore.

I have called, emailed, etc and nobody seems to be able to fix the problem!! FOR MONTHS!! Yall have lost months of fuel and cigarette purchases
No fuel price
Fix the app so many bugs—CEO email address bounces back! Not sure if you are aware but the new app does not provide the current fuel price, not sure why that is but it keeps me from fueling at your stations and makes me wonder what you are hiding.
Terrible Update
I used to use this all the time but since the update I can no longer accumulate point using my linked card with the app at my local gas station. Not user friendly and unhelpful if you’re using for gas, more food focused app. Circle K rewards is far superior.

I like the looks of the new Mapco App, but I’m really disappointed you took off the current gas prices. Now I have to go to Gas Buddy to find out your gas prices!!! Grrrrr
Very difficult to use
Somehow I never got my 15-25-35¢ off. I was never asked and never offered at the pump. Now today I was told in the store that I’m no longer eligible to receive. There’s little incentive to use this app.

Went from having a okay app to where you could actually see the gas prices, redeem points for cents off the gas prices and more, but now you can’t do anything but buy their god awful food. What is even the point of having an app if it literally can’t do anything anybody wants it to do?!?!

Awful update
The update and overall change they just do to this app is actually awful and was totally unneeded. The app is actually really hard and confusing to use now, trying to navigate it is a pain, finding how much money off you had used to be at the top and easy to read and you also can't see the price of gas at your particular station anymore. Big thumbs down
