APP not working
I love Jucy’s but the app still isn’t what it should be. You see reward points but nowhere to redeem them or to even see what you can redeem them for. Wouldn’t process payments and when we called to ask them about it she said they’ve been having problems and she could take my order but couldn’t honor the combo meals offered only on the app. We ended up eating something else. If your app doesn’t want to work, people are trying to use it, atleast honor the combo pricing. 🤷

App password reset not working
I’ve not been able to reset my password or login using my Apple ID.
Food awesome but app needs work
The breakfast and burgers are awesome! Love the veggie scramble, salads, and hamburgers. The fries are not so good. I prefer crispy fries that are soft on inside. The fries are too greasy and not cooked long enough.
Please work on the app. It seems to have some glitches. It says that it needs fine tuning and to click “okay”. When I click “okay” nothing happens!
