Great App
This app has been a great way to be able to access my information very easily. Additionally, it has been very educational to understand that different pharmacies charge different dispensing fees, and understand how much my company is paying for my prescription. Very transparent.

Having my electronic card is great as well as all my medications in one place. The updates appear to be in real time (filled a script and it appeared immediately). Very good overall experience.
Frustrating login experience – Face ID doesn’t work
This app is incredibly frustrating to use. The login process is difficult and inconsistent, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app in the first place. The biggest issue is Face ID — it tells you to enable it after logging in, but the setting never actually saves. So every time you open the app, you’re forced to manually log in again.
For something as basic as accessing pharmacy information, this should be seamless. Instead, it’s a constant hassle. Please fix the login issues and make Face ID actually work.

Terrible login functionality
Every time I enable Face ID within the app, it NEVER saves the setting for the next login attempt. I’ll press Face ID and it’ll say to enable it in settings. Vicious cycle.

Buggy
Does not play nicely with password manager (won’t let my email id paste or autofill, also won’t accept keyboard shortcuts so I have to type email out manually.
Keeps disabling Face ID so I have to use password to try to reenable Face ID( which still does not stay enabled).

Can’t view history if there are more than two members on plan
I have myself and two dependents on my plan. When I go to history at the bottom of the app and then click the drop-down for the members, it only shows two of us in the dropdown.
There’s no way to scroll or show the third person. Mine currently only shows myself and my son but my husband doesn’t show up even though he’s listed on the plan. It’s been like this for about six months. Spend some money on your app QA before roll out.

What’s The Point
Super buggy! Cant register!
I tried registering for the application and wasn’t receiving the email for the confirmation code. Closed the app, opened it up and now I can’t register as my account has been created but I also can’t login either!

Trash app. Absolute trash. Don’t even try this thing. Just go to the website and save the time.
Not good
This app was not very helpful. Certain screens like the price look up screen would just keep jumping back to the home screen as you were trying to type in a medication. What a waste of time…..

Two minutes with this app and it’s already malfunctioning. Can’t wait to battle with this thing every time I need to get a prescription filled.

Don’t waste your time with this app! I think somebody in middle school developed it and had no idea what they were doing!
Awful company
Absolutely terrible company, makes it extremely difficult to get medication for a diabetic if there’s an emergent need for it. Wont make any expectations to help you out.
