Flash cards for movements

I wish they included a written description to follow along with so you could better see the key parts of the movements. (Books are still relevant)

The quiz is helpful but has bugs. (Quits every now and again).

Software is week. Still find myself on YouTube when I’m needing help with execution.

It’s been helpful for me coming back to judo after nearly 25 years.
