JUDOU helps you see, at a glance on a map, what kind of home you can afford in each area for your income. Using open data from Japan's MLIT Real Estate Library, JUDOU plots actual real-estate transaction prices as pins on the map. Enter your annual income and a simple loan estimate computes your maximum purchase price, then colors each pin as affordable (blue), over budget (gray), or no-price (purple). Out-of-budget homes still show in gray so you can read the local market while you explore. Tap a pin for details: price, area, price per square meter, layout, build year, structure, location, and trade period, plus the estimated monthly loan payment under your current loan assumptions.
