Good game would have given it 5 *s except for the number of annoying ads.
Errors everywhere
I can’t log in anymore it keeps saying Authenticator error and won’t let me login. If I can’t play anymore I want a refund seriously fix your game.

Community is great but no new additions
Though the community is brilliant and supportive but the clan area has never been finished in all the years I’ve been playing. Also characters don’t work well together after a certain level and this leaves you weak unless you are willing to buy the newest strongest reskin of a hero that has already at least 2 reskins usually a male and female version which don’t work well as a team. Starter heroes are not powerful enough to last through the first half of the adventure so mid level heroes are to weak to do anything or not even released in to your team by the level they are needed. Stop adding new really strong heroes that make everything thing unbalanced. Give larger emerald wins and larger teal armour drops that don’t need to be bought because there are players that don’t want to be constantly spending money or don’t have the funds to do so.

Uninstalled after 5 mins
Ok storyline. Just the usual princess being lost. Very intrusive videos. Automatically redirects to play store even without a click.
Dying Game
Only a few thousand players grind over 3 year old events once every week. Money heroes are OP and get nefted either when money quota is reached or new heroes debut. Stay away!
Made it hard to contact the developers for help with in game issues.
The game is a basically good and fun game. I’ve been playing for 2 years and spend about $3-5 dollars a month to keep from feeling the constant grind (devs gotta eat too). I just had an in game glitch and I wanted to contact the devs and they have made it almost impossible now. I need to make an account with them just to report a glitch. I don’t need an account to send them money though. More of the same trend of devs not caring about their customers. No more money from me. I probably don’t spend enough for them to care.

Used to be fun
I’ve probably spent 200 dollars on this game over the last year. I am now at a point where it takes months just to upgrade one character. Poor design. I’m a daily player but I’m rapidly losing interest in this game. This game is ridiculously cheap with its core customers. Note to developers, I have spent 200.00 now on Disney heroes and I’m getting my money’s worth. You need to rethink your strategy.

Horribly Unbalanced and Very P2W
I want to like this game. However there’s some incredibly overpowered characters that make this unfun to play. There’s a ghost samurai who can one hit an entire team with his ultimate ability even when he’s 15 levels and 2k power below everyone. I consistently lose against teams with thousands of power, several levels, several stars, etc below me because they’ve spent money on the new characters.

I thoroughly was enjoying this game. It had a lot of things to do, great graphics and I was starting to get into the story line. However, I have to uninstall it do to the frustration I feel with the lack of decency surrounding most of the female characters. Each character has a summons card and for the female characters they portray something different than the 3D model. The 3D models are semi-nude while the cards show fully clothed characters. I think this is extremely inappropriate for a game rated 9+

Everything that is normal for other games is VIP only. 1 x’s speed VIP only. Lame. Loot chest - have to have face book friends to open. Exp and loot dreadfully slow. Upgrade your hero’s takes forever or you have to be VIP . Chat and maybe ask for help or ask for help like most games. Nope not here. Story ...what story. Community? None. Updates/Events? None just sales for stuff that you normally earn on any other gotcha game.? They need to really overhaul this game it could be good but alas like 90% of gotcha games it’s all about how much money they can scam out of players. Don’t even get me started on the energy system it’s one of the worst I’ve seen in years. If you are looking for a fun team based rpg then don’t look here there is no fun to be found only a boring not filled money pit with very greedy & lazy developers.
