I’m the type of person who needs to make goals for myself. Using this app I can make small goals each week. It’s also important to see how you are feeling about different areas in you life. This app allows you to track how you are feeling. Also, you can see how often you are reflecting on those different areas. For example: If I see that I’m not saying much about friends/family, I know that I need to spend some time with friends and family. Such an important part of my life. Thanks for creating this app!
