Shopping list is broken.

Told me I need 11 apples when recipes only require 5. Over a week it said I needed 75 apples, 9 cucumbers, etc.
This is a key feature. Please fix asap

Handy app but a few glitches

I have been juicing with Jase for years & thought this was a great idea, everything in one place, lots of new recipes. It is a bit glitchy though & I sometimes find myself stuck & have to close the app to get back to the Home Screen. The shopping list takes forever if you do a whole week & you can see it clicking through adding each individual item - there must be a better way to do that. Really enjoying the look & feel & the community access. This app is so nearly great 😃

Love having everything in one place

At last everything in one place!! I have bought all of Jason‘s apps over the years and use them regularly.
The reason I’ve only given three stars is because it’s missing some key functionality. For example search, and can’t filter by juice = no turnip
Also in custom plans you can’t clone a day and then edit and you can’t choose to pick just from your favourite recipes so you have to scroll through hundreds of recipes before you can configure your day. And the shopping list function is not working for me on custom plans.
Finally, there is no way to send feedback to the JuiceMaster himself or his app development team
I would also like to be able to add my own recipes for food

Really disappointed with search

I was excited to get this app but the search is really poor or doesn’t work. If you just want, for example, a smoothie with kale it, there is no way to search for that. The search function just searches the titles rather than the contents 👎. Wish id not wasted my money on this.

Very slick & inspirational but what about family sharing in iOS

Paid the £20 expecting to be able to family share it with my partner, but it doesn’t seem to like it (or just doesn’t let me restore purchase on her iPad). Does she log in using my details? No info in app help or website.

Great Recipes

Jason’s recipes are great and the app is almost perfect. Two issues 1. the shopping list had duplicate ingredients e.g apples and Apples. 2. notifications do not work for schedule plans.

Why pay again for plans already purchased?

Why do I have to pay a subscription fee for the plans/app I had already (at least 9). The app should keep these rights as each plan is charged separately in the app. I can’t find an help section to make this query.

The new app operates on a completely new system, and unfortunately, the old apps are no longer supported, making compatibility impossible. The subscription model was introduced to provide ongoing new content every month and to give users access to all plans without additional individual charges. I think this is an awesome idea for all of us who want all Jason has to offer-in fact I’m one of them and have purchased ALL of them except the smoker one because I’m not. That being said I don’t want to be forced to purchase them all again so I can have them all in one app-not fair. Come up with a way and fair price for those of us who would love to consolidate our previous purchases and I’m in!

Amazing app

It’s a little buggy, I can’t delete a current plan because it doesn’t show up in the list of plans I have. But it still shows up in my calendar.
I still think this is an amazing app. I have Jason’s all other Juice master apps. I have also done the 30 day super juice me plan.
I was trying to manually add all his recipes from his various apps into my recipe organizer app (paprika) because I wanted to use them in my meal plans. I gave up because it was to tedious. Now with this app I have all the recipes in one place and I can create my own meal plans with both juices, smoothies and his food recipes.

Too clunky to use. Never used then refund denied

I am new to juicing and thought this would be helpful. I downloaded and played around in the app. When I realized it wasn’t functional a few days after download, I requested a refund and it was denied. I put in a second request and it was also denied. It is absolutely ridiculous. I love Jason Vale but I purchased the books instead and don’t wish to use his app but I’m stuck having lost $50.

Too many clicks and you do have to pay for it!

The app is a nice idea however, it should take me right to the plan I am on but it doesn't I have to click so many times to get to the new days menu and when I try to add it to my history and choose my start date it just spins and spins and freezes. What a waste of time to get where I need to be right away and be careful you do have to pay for a juice plan. The app is free but the info is not. Just another scam.

I'm really sorry you feel it’s a scam! The 10-Day Breakfast Challenge for included for free. And we don’t think it’s totally unreasonable to charge for content. However, once you’ve scheduled a plan it should just appear in the main planner page, and let you view the days recipes with one click. If that isn’t happening, it sounds like there might be an issue, so if you sent an email apps@juicemaster.com we’d be happy to investigate further.

Finally All Jason’s Apps in One Place!

I have all of Jason’s apps and use them frequently and sort of pick and mix my way through his plans. To have all the apps in one place is a game changer for me. I can now free up space on my phone and have utter convenience to find all his amazing recipes and cleanses in one place.

This app is utterly impressive, so professional, easy to navigate and has mountains of content. I love that people can download it for free and try the breakfast challenge, as I’ve already got a few friends doing this.

Superb value for money, despite already buying all the previous apps, I’ve already more then had my monies worth and now it’s time for an upgrade. Looking forward to the new content updates and community aspect of this app also.

I have just downloaded the app after seeing it advertised on Jason’s Instagram story!
The app is so easy to navigate and has everything in one place. So far it is a big YES from me, can’t wait to get started on my own plan 😊

Full of juicy goodness!

I love juicing so this app is great for me, all of Jason's apps and recipes in one place! There is so much content, advice/tips and coaching to keep you going, its easy to navigate once you've had a look around. I've started one juice plan but can't wait to try some others, especially with the meals. Great value for money especially considering all of the recipes are shared. Nice community page, where you can chat for that extra bit of motivation and ask HQ questions about anything. Shopping lists are super handy too so its a huge thumbs up from me!

Love Jason!

…I really do, but I thought this was the free coaching he usually offers at various times in the year, using one of his books ~ of which I have a goodly number (and one of his rebounders).

In this app, we have to pay the price of a book for each month, so I’ll just go it alone this time. I only need to lose about 12lbs, which historically, I can drop in as many days.

He really does create THE best juice & smoothie recipes I’ve come across & I’ve been doing this longer than Jason!

JASON VALES NEVER DISAPPOINTS!

I've just downloaded this app and I LOVE IT already! I'm a huge fan of Jason’s plans and to have them all in one app is so helpful. There's SO MUCH on here. I've already subscribed and can’t wait to get going.
