Lost all points, and no longer earning “hearts” when purchasing
(Long term customer) When the new update was pushed I lost my free platter and subsequently all my points, and now as I continue to scan for loyalty for my current orders I have not received a single “heart”. Is there a way to retroactively receive the points that were lost from the update? And how do I accrue future points. I have a slew of orders in my order history exceeding +$100 with no rewards to show for it…

Their app is typically great, but recently they pushed an update and my account was lost including all my reward points!
EDIT: I can’t even order anymore, it tells me my phone number is used by another account but there’s no way to lookup the other account by phone number. Way to ruin a perfectly good app and my night, I’m forced to order food from elsewhere now.
EDIT 2: just came to say the app is still broken. You absolute buffoons, you’re losing so much business.

Great Food and Customer Service but the App is Dog water
I order from here religiously sometimes 3-4 times a week and the app update ruined it dont get credit for rewards and cant use bday credit

Didn’t give me birthday credit
It says it gives $15 for birthday but it didn’t give it to me!

Unable to edit order with special instructions, unable to pay properly and rewards are unable to be adjusted for order.
Love Jucy Platters but the App doesn't work
I love getting food from Jucy Platters but the app just doesn't work both out of store and in-store. I tried placing an order to pickup and applepay doesn't work although it's an option. I then try using my credit card and the app freezes.
I ended up going to the store to order. I tried to scany loyalty card on the ordering point of sale machine and that didn't work nor did the scanner at the register with an employee. The employees were kind enough to look up my info to add my loyalty card points.

I literally couldn’t make a new account cause it had my old number. And there’s no forget password using your number. Idk what email I used. My god whoever designed this app is such a moron. Waste of 10-15 mins I’m never getting back

Can’t log in
I’m stuck in a login/register loop where I can’t log in, only try to register… and then get told I already have an existing login. Yeah, no kidding! Would love it if I could actually, you know, log in
