App broken, trying to get money back for subscription that doesn’t work
Trying to reach support with no response, doesn’t load… the app and website do t work anymore… do not subscribe… I resubscribed thinking I’d be able to use it in Los Angeles but there are no shows and it’s just constantly loading, if your service no longer works you need to remove the ability to subscribe and charge people for a service that doesn’t work

We purchased a full-year 2-person subscription before the pandemic. Since things locked down, our account has been “on pause”, which means we are continuing to pay $5/month while we wait to see what’s happening.
There has been zero communication or updates from Jukely to let us know what’s going on, what our options are, if shows will resume, if we can cancel our remaining membership, or why we’re simply losing hundreds of dollars on a service that has gone completely dark and silent.
I’ve contacted Jukely multiple times to see what we can do with our balance, how we might cancel…no response for weeks.
So…there goes our money and our faith in Jukely.

The app is the worst part
Have been a member for about 2 years. Travel a lot for work so haven’t used as much as I would like but the shows I saw have been quality and the monthly costs is super reasonable. I’ve liked the premise of the service but I just cancelled because the app is frustrating in that it cannot keep me logged in so every time I want to check the app I have to remember my PW. Seems to a a design flaw that has frustrated me to the point of walking away. If my Bank apps can let me log in without entering an email and PW every time, this app def should as well.

This could’ve been a great app, but it’s NOT
So I downloaded Jukely based on a friend’s recommendation. I was really excited and thought it was a great idea. Until I actually used it. First of all, the app crashed 3 times when I was trying to sign up, then I looked at most of the concerts in my area (San Francisco) and they were all at an additional price.
What I hated most about the app is that they are constantly blind-sighting you with charges.
It’s a horrible app experience if you constantly have to read the fine print to make sure you aren’t being charged for additional stuff.
Apparently you get charged a cancellation fee if you cancel in under 2 months? THERE IS ALWAYS A CATCH WITH THESE PEOPLE.
So, I ended up deleting the app and removing it from my apple subscriptions and I traveled. I was with a non profit working at refugee camps so obviously did not have access to a laptop. 5 months later, I realize I am still being charged and they refused to give me a refund as I should’ve canceled from their website (which btw doesn’t work in the country I’m in).
This company had a lot of potential but it’s not worth dealing with their customer support and wasting your money. The way they don’t make it easy for you to cancel via app is dishonest and proves what others on here have said about how Jukely tries to rip you off.

Jukely Rocks!!
I’ve been a paying member since 2016 and this is one of my favorite apps/subscriptions. I miss when your intro subscription got you UNLIMITED shows per month, and believe me, I fully took advantage but even the reduced format is a bargain! If you LOVE live music, this is for you and it definitely pays for itself. The venues are great and the selection of music is outstanding: local national and international; new up-in-coming, established and legends. TWO 👍🏼👍🏼 waaaay up!

Long time user!
I’ve been using Jukely for almost 4 years and it’s allowed me to go to dozens of shows at a fraction of the cost! At $25/mo it easily pays itself off after 6 shows. Also, many people don’t know but you can pause you account and keep all you rewards for just $5/mo if you need to. I have +5 day extended view which is hard to give up!
My only feedback is to get rid of hypes and drums. It’s so confusing and difficult to earn. The older rewards systems based on loyalty and actually attending the shows you claim was straightforward and so much better.

LOVE Jukely!
This app has literally made it possible for me to still enjoy live music that I’ve always loved and done in other cities, and yet not go completely broke! LA is a tough town to be active and social in without having a good deal of money or going into serious debt. Jukely allows me to feel like I am going to shows for free (just the once a month subscription, and I can go to 4, 5, or even more shows throughout the month!). I’ve been able to get to know different venues all over LA, try out different music genres, and become a big fan of some bands I never would have heard of or gone to see otherwise. LOVE this app!

Live music junkie
Soo I go to events almost every week and yea usually it's around 20-50 but it adds up...I love the app it's soo convenient and the staff is super duper helpful I love that if I email them I get a reply quick and it's just my dream app thanks a lot Jukely keep up the great work!!!
Strongly Recommend it!
I feel positive about the app. I am in SF and covers pretty much all the event spaces and clubs. I am now able to follow a lot more of uprising, non-commercial music, that happen all week long. This app is great if you are also looking for something like that
No 5 stars for the following reason,
1. It is impossible to get the famous artists as they go on standby in a blink of an eye. The only way around it is to browse the app very frequently, which I am not going to do ever. Maybe, if the users have gone up, they should think of increasing the number of reservations!
2. The app does not tell you how far down you are on the standby list. This is one of the most annoying features of the app!
3. If they start adding comedy events then that would be great.

Great service, would like more perks
Really love this app and the concept behind it. I’ve gotten to enjoy so many great shows and it’s always a super easy process. I really do wish I could use the points I earn to move up on wait lists or for more perks besides an upgraded membership. It would be cool if I could use the points to get two spots for one show or something like that.

This used to be an awesome app, however like all good things, it’s slowly coming to an end for me. Over the years Jukely has slowly whittled away the benefits that used to make this app so great. Membership benefits and points accumulated have been downgraded with every update, there are limits to how many shows can be seen depending on how much paid, the customer service is lackluster at best, and overall I just feel pretty meh towards it. I keep it for the off chance I want to see an awesome artist, but overall I don’t feel like it’s that’s valuable anymore.

It’s with great regret that I only recently found out they changed my plan, to four shows a month rather than unlimited without proper notification. In the app under spots it mentions nothing. There is no counter, or at least one that works.
When I questioned them, they simply said read the terms. Not ok, and blatantly dishonest. If any other users have experienced this issue. Please let your voices be heard. I’m also looking into the legal ramifications.

Going downhill fast
The app is gaining more and more members, which means that its services are quickly diminishing. The new update limiting concerts you can claim is horrible, and now if you're trying to claim shows and release them because a show YOU REALLY WANT TO GO TO pops up, THEY BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT. So you're stuck with zero spots to zero concerts.
Been using them since the beginning in Chicago, and the past year has been riddled with so many guest list errors. I guess it's time to rely on networking and Craigslist again.

Cool Service, Not a great App
Been a user for almost two years in NYC. In that time I’ve seen a ton of great shows, some even sold out. Overall a pretty positive experience, and I’ve recommended it to many friends.
The updates to the app in the past 5-6 months absolutely obliterates your battery. I’ve lost 10-20% in 5 mins of browsing. If an exclusive concert is added there is a mad dash of users and the massive traffic influx to their servers slows the app to unusable. All the additional bells and whistles of news, recos and what not are nice, but really seem to clutter the experience beyond what it was in the good ol’ days.
I don’t plan on cancelling any time soon, but understand going into this, you are not going to be cleaning up weekly and getting into the hottest shows. This is for people looking to branch out and see new things.

Used to love Jukely
I've had Jukely for 12months and have always loved it up until now! I live in Chicago and they have now not only raised the price but have also changed their priorities to making more money and letting the customers who pay a high amount in membership fees only choose up too 4 shows a month to go too!!! This to me is insane to go from unlimited shows to choose from a month to now only 4 for the $25 a month basic plan!!! I'm honestly considering canceling my subscription which is also an issue cause I have to wait up to 3 months or else they will charge me a $50 cancellation fee!! Really read the fine print with this one!

What can I say, I've been a Jukely member for over two years and without it, I would have never seen or even heard about half of the bands that I've been to see. Literally hundreds of shows for $25 a month... Yes please.

Ive had jukely for a few months now, I didn't use it to begin with having the only one spot claim. But the I said let's try the two spot monthly subscription so I can always have someone to go with. And so far it has been amazing! I have gotten to see axwell ingrosso, slushi, steve aoki, and ghastly. It works for all the best nights here in Miami. And it's fun too because the more you use it the more you unlock and the company gives back to you.

Do better
This started out a great App and service but alas with time and expansion, it has went downhill.
Not excessively but there are noticeable changes.
I think I've been using it a couple of years now and you could text them and get a response straight away (handy when you're having trouble getting into a show), now it'll take a couple of hours or a couple of days.
Also the standby used to be pretty useful and I was told that if you're high up in Level and points that I'd have a better chance.
How can that be when my girlfriend who is in a trial for Jukely got preference over me? I'm Level 4.
The membership rate hasn't went up which is great and still a really great service to see shows and Festivals for a bargain price.
Hopefully the customer service improves though.

Each update is making Jukely worse
The app used to be great to use, but now it is unbearable. There is no reason that the app should completely reset every time I leave it. I should be able to do a quick google search of a band or a venue and then come back to the Jukely app where I left off. Plus, it doesn't seem like you can filter by date or save things to a wish list, so you then have to scroll all the way back down to the show you were looking at. It doesn't make any sense

Customized preferences
I am not sure if I am just not understanding how to use this app properly. I just really wish there was a filter feature to filter through what genres you like because I really like the location filter!!! It would be amaze balls if I could figure out how to work the filter settings. I honestly don't listen to much besides dubstep, and some other EDM genres. It's really difficult to search for those genres on the app specifically the website is great. The app can be improved easily:) and I know it will ♡
