The App is good, and improving itself day by day.
However, there is always a scope of development, like updating the point system simultaneously as the match progress, merging the fantasy and fantasy 2.0, options for choosing the series and upcoming matches, more contests and Mini GLs etc.
In simple words, make the platform or UI similar to Dream11 and you guys will rock great 👍👍
The most important part -
1) You guys need to work on your withdrawal system. It’s simply pathetic. Just a mere Rs 900/- withdrawal limit and that too no instant withdrawal.
2) And what is this Dynamic withdrawal limit for each user based on activity on the App.
Suppose I deposit 1L in bank for 3 years at 6% and after 1 year I am eligible to withdraw 6k but bank says oh no no based on your activity with us you are only eligible to withdraw 900/- as of now. Is this not a cheating?
3) Make a standard withdrawal limit in a week.
4) And yes , you deducted tax which is fine , no issues but hey where is the PAN ?? You haven’t collected my PAN details. So where will you deposit my tax ?? Against which PAN number ??
