Jump in general is “work life” changing, but sending recap emails, assigning out to-dos, and logging my daily activity in SF used to take me hours at the end of day in hotel rooms, now takes me the walk to my car. Now I hate when I forget to click the red button.

Jump AI Weak
It attempts to do more than its capable of, misses critical information and most of all glosses over the context and personal aspects of meetings with AI gobbelly gook. The tasks it generates are mostly meaningless. Overall it wastes time and negatively impacts efficiency.

Fails more than works
We are limited on what AI tools we can use and this was our only option from compliance. Yet…it only works 1% of the time. Like others we now have to redo meetings to make up for how this product lacks.
I wanted to love it.
This is my last message to service after they told me a third meeting failed. They said - error couldn’t hear popped up, but then worked just fine. “I saw it. Then it went away while I had the 37 minute recording. Again, jump recorded meeting, uploaded, then disappeared. This is now the third incident. Even with a full refund, I am forced to use another provider going forward. This is absolutely a disaster of a product. It works amazing WHEN/IF it works. I already had to go hat in hand to other clients and do an entirely new discovery meeting because of this app. I gave it a chance. Now the failure rate is simply unacceptable. Please let me know when and if this service actually works in the future. I really did love Jump when it worked.”

Unreliable
The app is quite unreliable at the moment and has quite a few bugs. It freezes quite a bit, and notifications get stuck on the home screen without being able to clear them until you restart the phone. Hopefully it gets better soon.
Don’t waste your money
Web app works fine but app doesn’t do anything. Never saves your recordings. Cancel and get Otter.ai for $100/yr instead.

app has never crashed for me and i use it for hour+ long meetings. maybe get a new phone or update the software.
Didn’t save a 60-minute in-person meeting!
I finished a sixty-minute meeting with a client at their home and then completed the recording. I then drove home and told Siri to text my family that I’m coming home. Jump decided to NOT save my meeting and instead it saved a random note that i used a digital assistant to notify my family that I was coming home! What a complete waste of an app.
