User reviews

Used to be great

I’ve been using the app for several years and it used to be my favorite app. After the latest update, the app no longer syncs with my heart rate which was one of the great features I loved. I hope this can be corrected. (And yes, I followed the steps to allow this to be done and reinstalled several times)

Won’t download on my Apple Watch

I can’t get this to download on my Apple Watch therefore it’s useless and I wasted my money.

Seriously!

I completed over 100 jumps, but only received credit for 8!!! Please advise!

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. The latest version of Jump Assistant that will be available within the week addresses this issue. Please let me know if you experience any further issues by emailing iosjumpassistant@gmail.com.

Rope jumping

Today was my first time using this app. It doesn’t work correctly.
1. For 1 jump it count 3 jump instead. I confirmed it I jump 1 and it counted 3 jump instead.
2. When you want to share your stats even though it give you the option of Facebook, instagram, Twitter, etc. It doesn’t let you at all.
3. Try to go to history to update and share stat it won’t let you see actual stat, it give you only statistics only.

My rating is really NO STARS. It not accurate at all. I have an iPhone watch and it will not even give me my heart rate all. I wouldn’t recommend it at all,

Response from developer

Thank you for your review, and I apologize for the less than ideal user experience. I have taken another look at the jump count measurement within the app and have since corrected an issue that was causing over-counting. In regards to the other two items you mentioned, I appreciate the feedback. I plan to introduce updates in the next couple weeks that will allow you to see the history of your workouts in addition to the statistics that are currently available. I appreciate your patience until the update is released.

Eh.

Doesn’t count every jump. After 20 jumps it counted 4.

Response from developer

Thank you for your review and for using Jump Assistant. As of version 2.0.1, jump count accuracy has been improved and you should no longer experience the under-counting you described. Please let me know if you continue to experience any issues.
