App not working

Not working and difficult to gain assistance

Not honouring promotional offer 😡

Poster at my coffee shop indicates that you will get a $5 credit to your account when you download the app for the first time
When I queried why I never got it I was told the promotion ended last year 🤔
The pamphlet does not have any dates on it #false advertising I pointed this out and have not received a response #pathetic
They do receive a fee every time the app is used just by the way #dishonest app developer

Not user friendly

Every time you order you have to enter name and phone number. Even though your name and number is in profile part of the app.

Should be populated with this information.

Useless and unusable

App doesn’t allow you to order. You can view the menu but not order. The way it has been developed is clunky and inoperable

What Loyalty Wallet?

It doesn’t use the Loyalty wallet? So no discount & no free coffee? You’re better off going to the counter, at least you get a free coffee occasionally.

Not well thought through

1. Once you order you have to stay on the last screen to show it as proof to collect your order - intuitively after ordering you would want to hit that close button
2. There are no instructions at the counter or on the app about how the collection process works
3. Where I ordered the iPad on which the orders from this app comes through at the cafe is not regularly monitored, so I could have ordered sooner in the actual queue
4. Since you don’t have to provide your name the person behind the counter does not know what to shout out when the order is ready
5. The staff did not know to mark the order complete on the iPad so they just placed the order on the counter

I am taking the time to provide this constructive feedback to the developer because they give you $5 credit when you sign up, effectively they bought me a coffee.

Simple and effective

This pre-order app is simple and easy to use. A combo of time back and skipping the line.
