Abandoned app
Wish this wasn’t abandoned. App has had no update in 4 years. Sad.
it keeps breaking
i got a good 50 photos uploaded and now every time i try they just sit there saying pending and then disappear *or* it spontaneously logs me out and they disappear. its very frustrating. it just wont work anymore

Don’t get me wrong this is one of the better file transfer apps but it does have its setbacks. It is very limited on mobile devices. Will not upload batch large files (RAW, TIFF’s) from Lightroom
I was able to at least upload jpgs in big batches. However that is no longer the case anymore. So I need to continue to find work around. With that being said sharing files to clients is easy for both parties and being able to collaborate with team memebers is a big plus. If they fix these not so minor issues. Then it’s the best there is.

Doesn’t work
Restarts when I open the app. Won’t let
Me upload videos. Says pending then crashes and asks me to login again. I’ve tried several times and can’t get it to work properly. Kind of disappointing considering all of the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews!

It can be frustrating
Don’t get me wrong this is one of the best file transfer apps.
However its very limited on mobile devices. Uploading with Lightroom especially on an iOS device. Will not export multiple large files(tif’s, Dng, etc) I just need always find work around for bulk files. which can feel like wanted time.

Is the service still running ?
Please fix the app so I can upload stuff and not have the login page pop up averytime on IPhone. And please let me drag stuff from files or google drive in Jumpshare on the iPad. Nothing seams to work.

Worked 1 time on I-Phone
Worked 1 time very finicky that time. Never could get it to work again. Thought it might be a internet issue, eliminated that possibility & same result. No downloads.

What’s cool about Jumpshare is…
… it’s great for organizing, and the free version is worth using. Most most of the features, at least the ones that are important, are all there in the free version, and features that you need to pay for are worth paying for if you need them. I don’t hear a lot about Jumpshare and that’s too bad because it’s super easy to use, fast, doesn’t present any problems for people you share with like Dropbox and others do, and It just seems to make sense.

Yes features are limited in the free version, that's true, but this is very well done service, I compared a few like Gy.., Lo..., Vi... and Jumpshare is just so easy to use. And no. I don't work for the company at all. I like this service because that's what I was looking for - easy way to share pictures AND short videos. Dropbox, Onedrive, Google drive it's too complicated, too many clicks, not easy to manage pics and videos once you have many of them etc.. and easy way to share, whether it's either for support or product returns etc.. And Jumpshare works now on MacOS 10.13 (thanks for that) and all OS supported. Link sharing is great with the pop up menus etc... This is just well done service. It reminds me of the Jing service from Techsmith. This app is a must and deserves 5 stars without reservation.

Convenience Plus
This free version of Jumpshare is perfect for the small, once-in-a-while user, like me. I only have 4-5 documents that need to be shared occasionally, such as Homeowner Association papers, and this app fills the bill. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
