Bring old CD-Rom games to iOS!
Please bring the old cd-rom games to iphone. Jumpstart 1st grade-4th grade really shaped so many childhoods & it’d be great to play them all on iPhones & iPads. Similar to what Humongous Entertainment has done with so many of their games. Just a thought.
Feels like a scam
I paid $30 for the lifetime membership, it worked one day and did not the next. Can not connect to the server, it says. Deleted it and redownloaded it, still nothing. Seems to be the same issue that others had, two years ago. Go to any of their social media pages and they haven’t updated anything since 2020/2021. I will be working actively to get a refund and Apple should be ashamed still allowing this to go on. I really don’t understand why it needs to connect to any server tbh.

Amazing for pre-schedule daughter
My daughter loves to learn and play in the morning on the way to school.
It is very well made and you get a lot for the one time payment.
The only place I see improvement is necessary is when you buy a new pet and you (as a toddler) has to pick a name for the pet, there is no read-out-loud of the name choices as they scroll through, and it requires an adult to help pick. (No big deal, except when it happens in the car).
Toddlers can navigate and play by themselves aside from naming the pets with little or no help.

Too bad..
My child was playing this for a few days and then the sound stopped coming on when we opened up the app. Tried re-downloading the app to fix the issue, but when I tried to log back in, it said my password was incorrect. So I tried to reset it, but never got a reset password email. For two days I tried this. Contacted Apple who said to contact the developer, so I did, and I've received no response for days. Apple followed up to see if I heard from developer. Nope, so Apple is trying to request a refund for me. So sad because my child loved this game and was learning a lot...

NOSTALGIA AT ITS FINEST
when I was a kid this was all I wanted to play after school it was fun! I also seen a set of cd rom at a department store and nabbed all of them for when I have kids and now I’m bout to have my little cousin play this! I’m so happy there’s a app for it and we need to keep jumpstart alive so go ahead and leave reviews and rate it because it will help the app creator and then maybe they’ll make more grade versions

Took my money but won’t let me make an account
I never got an email confirmation or anything and it won’t let me register. Yes, I checked the spam folder. Nothing. I’m waiting for a refund. Shady business taking your money but not delivering on the product. For $30 which is outrageous, I expected more.

Game doesn’t let you register
So my son has to play as guest so it’s telling him his name is guest and having him use those letters to spell his name lol I can’t wait for the day he tells someone my name is Alex but you can call me guest...

Disappointed
I tried several time to contact them because I couldn’t log in. Nobody ever got back with me. I stopped payment but ended up paying for 3 months I could never use.

I used this as a child on CD. Loved it then it helped tremendously. Once I paid for the subscription the game started freezing and now my son can’t move further. Very disappointed.
Nostalgic!!!
I remember playing the online computer game when I was younger. I loved winter wonderland! I remember begging my mom for a membership. I got excited when I saw these firmiliar faces! Not to mention math blaster? My mutt? My mythies? Not gonna lie I miss them all. I remember always redecorating my mythie egg before I got a memebership because I couldn’t hatch it. I would always try and cheat my way through mythie training so I wouldn’t have to wait a day. God, I love this so much and it brings back so many memories💖💖💖

I am so mad right now! I cant believe this... when i was 7 or younger i loved this game, i picked this game over Animal jam any day. But then i got older and stopped playing, mind you this was at the time where you could roam and have friends and the art, Im not gonna lie rocked, but today i am a 12 year old looking to find this magnificent game i loves so much... but instead i found a terrible game! Its terrible! My our look like a weird shaped egg! Plus you dont have a lot of choices for hair! You only have three choices. One pig tails, second is short hair and third is bald!
This game i remember being my favorite game, now i look down on it, i made some of my most fondest memories playing this game, but now I remember it being an absolute disgrace.... second reason i dislike this game is.... the animation...
The animation is garbage now, all they do is just open their mouth open and shut. Its just terrible i dont even have words to describe.

Dissapointed
I have been a fan of Jumpstart ever since I was little. Recently I was having trouble starting up the old Jumpstart 3D virtual worlds (The Legend of Grizzly McGuffin, Trouble in Town, etc.) and contacted Jumpstart for help. They said they had stopped supporting those games because they’re old or something like that and recommended that I check out the Jumpstart Academy products. I was willing to give the game a chance, but as I started playing it honestly felt really painful to sit through and play. I know I’m way out of the target demographic for this game but I get enjoyment out of Jumpstart’s older titles regardless of my age. This just feels really low quality. I’m really disappointed that Jumpstart has stopped supporting their older virtual worlds for this. 🤦🏼♀️
