I paid $29 for the lifetime membership and now there is no sound! I sent a support ticket and am waiting to hear back from someone. Please help to fix this or return the fee I just paid.

Bring old CD-Rom games to iPhone Apps!

Please bring the old cd-rom games to iOS. Jumpstart 1st grade-4th grade really shaped so many childhoods & it’d be great to play them all on iPhones & iPads. This is what Humongous Entertainment has done with so many of their games. Just a thought.

Horrible

Any password you type in it doesn’t work. You can’t even create an account. You can’t even get into the thing.

It says it cannot connect to the server, whatever that means. I can’t even get in.

App does not work

So I purchased this app for my son and he was able to play it once, however it’s currently not working . The game will freeze and take forever to load. I need my money back . I would not give it any stars

Membership not working

I bought 1 year membership for my daughter but it was never working . I emailed the company several times but no one replied . Nobody cared . Such a bad customer service

Purchase membership no access

I like the app and my daughter does too, but I purchased the membership and it won’t let my daughter proceed to anything else! Can someone please contact me about this issue ASAP please!

App isn’t working

I am paying $7.99 a month for an app that is glitching and freezing everywhere , my toddler is crying and discouraged instead of learning. Please fix your app or I will be canceling at the end of April !

My three year old love to play this until Of course it made you join and pay monthly in order to keep playing in anything Very disappointed this app even makes you pay to learn
