Most disappointing development
Team prioritizes this game with minimal developments, buggy and lagging, should never have been published with this terrible quality. Not to mention deleting games with years old accounts, players and customized horses that took weeks to create. Probably one of the most disappointing developments in a game. Please review the terrible performance in this game, honestly I’d delete it from the App Store until it’s better than the garbage it’s become.

i love this game so much!! but it makes me login every time because i forgot to put in the pin, and i cant get any new breeds or buy anymore horses because i dont have the breeding one, which i feel like should be free, id love to get it but i cant. otherwise its a great game

I wanted to love this game. I love the original jumpy horse. I tried to hard. But this game is trash. Broken in every way. Confusing and ugly. Overpriced and essentially nonfunctional. I’m sorry, but your shouldn’t waste a dime on this awful, uncanny valley game.

Can’t log in to the correct account
When I first started using jumpy horse show jumping I didn’t realize how to log in so I made a new account and now I can’t log out and log into the right account so none of my sport horses transfer over how do I fix this. Other then that its a great game! I have contacted support about this problem and nobody has responded I want a refund

Yea it has its faults, like the canter is a little choppy and the rider’s position is a bit weird, but sometimes it looks like that irl! I really like it and don’t have any bad comments.

I have internet and the game I’ve deleted of my phone and reinstalled if 5 times and I’ve reset my internet and the game isn’t working sort this out because I’ve been playing 2 yrs now and don’t want to sent bad complaints to a good game .

Hi I’m Jessica and I love horses I came across this game on tiktok and I fell in love with I bought it and when I tried to play it it showed me a black screen is idk if it’s just my iPad or the game we’ll is there a way I can fix that but for now it was just a waist of moeny pls help me with this
Does not work - don’t waster your money.
I would like a refund. It won’t allow me to access the Game Center. I have gone back and forth with support going in circles. They keep telling me to click Game Center to access the Game however the Game Center selection is not selectable. I truly feel like I have been ripped off and disappointed in Apple for not vetting the Game before putting it on the App Store.

Adore the game but please sort the log in and sign in as I downloaded the game on a different device abt a year ago and I tried to log in on my new one and it won’t let me log in

I love this game ❤️ But when you fall off the horse you just fly into the air.🤣 it’s funny but when your trying to roll play it gets annoying.😡
It's okay.
I love the way the horse jumps, but the interface is very tricky. Like how you create a show jumping course or XC course. I'd rather have that less tricky so use, the Hanoverians are gorgeous as well as all the other horses. Would like to see more breeds though!

Best game ever!
This is sooo cool but you should add paint coats and more tack like breastplates and back feel boots! Maybe even a blanket! Rlly fun and easy to play and a bunch of horse 10/10

i have been playing jumpy horse for a very long time, and it’s awesome to see how much the game has improved. there are some bugs though — after showing my horses, they disappear from the paddock when i go to the horses tab. not sure if they are stored somewhere else or if it’s a glitch. i am also unable to train my horses if i have entered them in a show before.
with that being said, my suggestion is to possibly add a ‘train’ tab on the main interface to make training courses more accessible?? it would be awesome to see that. i also know it is a big change, but possibly adding more breeds, especially warmblood breeds like trakhners and dutch warmbloods since the game revolves around jumping.
overall, i love the game and i will continue to play it. there are some bugs that could be worked out, but it doesn’t distract from the gameplay and i can still enjoy the game.
