Only works (sort of) on IOS
I have both android and iPhone and sucks that it only works on iPhone. Entering username (phone number) doesn’t matter or doesn’t work cross platform. The developers really should make it compatible on both environments and allow users to log in with your phone number. What’s the point of using a particular username when the data doesn’t go with the account but per particular phone only. 1 star is being generous tbh.

I wish there is a way to get stamp if you forget to scan your QR code and when ordering online, your stamp would automatically apply to your account

Not helpful
When I order for pickup, I have to enter in required address and payment information every single time. It's painful. It takes almost as long as just ordering in person while in line. Why can't they just make it simple and take Apple Pay like the other drink apps like Teaspoon or Boba Guys?!
Wonderful App
You have to download the app twice. The first time you register and then delete it . Download it again and then you are able to scan your receipts . The owner was nice enough to help me out .
