Why is the game unable to load and now I’m missing days to get my rewards another thing is that i always purchase $9.99 to get rewards from the task list and I never received them can someone help me please

Way too many ads

Love the game, hate the ads- there are ads all the time, not just when you want to opt for extra tools. It gets really annoying, especially when you win minutes of free time.
