Inferior app

“There are bot players on this application because whenever I deposit a good amount and play, I keep losing continuously. Last time, I played 20 rounds and lost every single one. If there were no bot players, I might have won at least one out of 20 rounds, but I haven’t won yet. So far, I have lost 1-1.5 lakh on this app. I request everyone not to waste their money and time. All such applications use bots.”

इस एप्लीकेशन पर bot प्लेयर्स है क्योंकि जब मैं अच्छा अमाउंट डिस्पॉजिट कर के खेलता हूँ तो लगातार हारता हूँ लास्ट टाइम मैंने २० पारी खेली और लगातार हारता गया । अगर bot प्लेयर्स नहीं होते तो शायद २० में से एक पारी तो जीतता लेकिन नहीं जीत पाया अब तक मैंने इस ऐप पर १-१.५ लाख हर चुका हूँ सबसे निवेदन की अपना पैसा और टाइम ना ख़राब करे ।

Very very worst app

Very very worst app. If you win the game and withdraw money. Next match onwards they’re started looting. They are 100% fraud. They changed tournament fees but not played due to technical issues from their side, they told me “ we will refund your money, till now I am not getting my money back. When I contact customer care not even response, using chatbot and listing useless option there’s no useful information. These app is looters, thieves, fraud and scammers. Not even worth for single star. These cheaters mentioned bonus rewards. Many times I paid money but not getting 1rs rewards. These are cheaters. And using fake players and stealing money. Government should take action against them and ban from India

Fraud

Have been playing this game for quite a long time.. no wonder it’s entertaining and BOT free which is no way to find out.. But one thing is for sure once u enter the game u win and once u make ur first payment it will let u win .. after that they start there minting process….
The more u deposit the more u lose… if u try to withdraw the amount u have a cap of 24 hours.. but leave away the time frame even if u are about to win they will make sure u don’t get ur cards and u loose .. ( and I am sure 100 percent about it )

P:s one big scam ..

It’s a fraud app.

The payment option got stuck and it didn’t get through and the back-end team is incompetent to resolved issues . Instead of resolving issues, they keep saying to check “Deposit status “. When I click “Add Cash “ it didn’t take me into payment option but instead it is showing payment failed. It is clearly a technical glitch but they keep asking me to check deposit status. Such an incompetent technical support ever.

I chat with support team via WhatsApp and they disconnected to “bot support” because they are unable to resolved my isuues. I have all the screenshots of payment failed transactions but it didn’t show up in the transactions history in my profile.

Loved the app

Absolutely safe and amazing app to play card games like rummy. Super interesting game as there are no bots so you can totally trust their fair play policy. While playing I did realise that all players on the table were genuine making it a no bot platform. The cool feature that made me trust the app even more was that they have a self exclusion feature, thereby promoting responsible gaming environment for all.

Junglee Rummy agent ignoring customer not resolving customer issue on serious note

As I'm playing Junglee rummy last 4 years ago before these kind of issue I'm not facing recently I don't know what exactly game has an issue or glitch or owner making fraud to customer I have no idea, as I won recently 4400 rs still they provide me only 4277rs and that also I can't withdraw as I withdraw only 3400rs means why such thing is happening as these kind of issue not solve on serious note I will complain against you in consumer court mind it, because every time I'm facing isssue after winning and during withdrawal

I play in this app last 6 months. How much I in money lost all. Every time hope this time win but they never make you win. So guys please please please don’t play in this apps if you wann a happy.I hope government should stop all this kind of app. Because of this tipe app people loss there money and time. Just cheating....

This is absolutely cheating game. I believe most of the opponents are computers build by the Junglee Rummy team. If you playing you can understand that. You never get any cards, but specific opponent always win. And it’s saying 2 deck of cards, then how you can see same suit of 3 card in less than 5 seconds. From where the 3rd card came from 2 deck???? Because it’s just throwing card which you don’t need. I asked many of friends who were playing this game. All have same experience. That’s why I am saying this is absolutely cheating and the developers just stealing money from the players using the computer players who already have all the cards in their system.

Bad experience

Not satisfied with this game because many num of times Tried to contact with customer care but I cannot, and lots of money I lost in this game because of no sequences cards and always use to drop table again and again but same thing happened , so please I suggest you all those who want invest their money please go for right place. Please don’t make your self fool with this game.
Even I can show my transaction history that how many times I deposited and how I make continuously foolish. And I can also show the screenshots of cards that which kind of cards I got always ,that was not possible to make proper sequence till to end of game.

Not Genuine

Please do not download this app. It pairs you against system and you just can’t win. Initially on reading reviews I felt these people may have not been responsible to play the game sensibly but after a few days I observed that you can’t win whatever you. Not complaining because I lost. I have played responsibly and within my limits just for passing time during lockdown, but seems the game is designed to extract money from its subscribers. Please don’t waste your money. This is a SCAM!!!

Fake players or system itself playing against you. Also looking for options to lodge a formal complaint against the app to concerned authorities for scamming its users.

Latest iOS version has usability issues

Hi dev, the latest version has usability issues and when we drag cards, cards next to that or other cards are getting dragged. Similarly, the rotation when the game starts has also changed and it does not seem to work as expected. User experience is not up to the mark in this release. Please do the needful, test it fully and release it. Thanks
