No real time contact support help its just waste of time.

My pan Id Number already verified with another user. So in this case what can i do? I am not able to verify my pan on this account. And i am not using that another account in which my pan card is verified. So please help me. I had deposited the money in that account where my kyc is not accepting. What can i do now? Please help

Too many bugs and no customer support

I was playing a tournament, and in tournament table changes as players on table gets eliminated. This time this doesn’t happen for me. I tried reporting this issue but their customer support gives automated emails, like we checked and found no issue. Did you check really? What a bunch of liers.

Anyways I am stuck at a tournament which usually ends in 5 hours, from 20 hours because guess what all 3 players are on separate table and can’t play with each other.

No control on collusions, the more you bet, the more are the chances of community cards turning your way, install it to lose your hard eaned money

Its rigged and scam

Its rigged the way the cards are dealt. They have tournaments, i signed up for one and used a ticket. I was ready to join, but there was no instruction given on how to sit
I was assuming that i would be seated automatically when the timer ended but it just showed cancelled for some reason

Who knows whats going on behind the scenes of these online games
First and last time i am trying this app or any other online poker for that matter

Alert : If you want to burn your money play on this site or online poker.

This site is one of the worst sites i have played on. the setups are so strong you just cannot avoid it. I have been playing poker for a long time now and i can now confirm and say online poker is a fraud..It just does not make sense. All you do is burn money and more money. If you are new to poker stick to live or save your money and go play live. online will just make you hate this lovely game. this is only in regards to online poker. All these sites are just making us fools. waste of time waste of money and bad eyesight. Stop playing online and specially on junglee poker...🙏🏻 the one star is just to submit the review else it would be minus all the stars

Stupidity, you can’t withdraw your deposit amount

This doesn’t make sense at all, once you deposit your money you can’t withdraw it, basically you either lose all the money or you have to win only to withdraw it, so whatever money you put in consider it gone if you lose or else win to withdraw ( that also only the amount you win)
Very very stupid,
This feature was not there before.

Third rate profit making app

Try playing at nights , u can point out the bots pretty easy when players are thinned out. Will give you a good hand which any sane man will play , will give better hands at turn or river to the bot , happened too many times , thats how they clean you out , by giving u what will be a winning hand in normal case scenario , but will lose 100% of the time. Once or twice is ok but all the time ? U think that how luck works ?

Fraud Game

Hey guys I lost almost 30,000 rs , so be careful and this game makes u bit addictive so be careful and tell to everyone please report this game as fraud in play store and App Store please. My kind request and warning you so please stop playing in this fraud App. Jungle people use to say it’s a skill of playing but if have skill also you cannot play because in the opposite of the table bot is playing. They make u to win small amount but in the end they will take your amount fully.

Fake app No real players Don’t play this game

In many of the games I got cheated by you guys . Adding to more I have more over 50 hands but never got high cards and even never able to made pair three of kind seriously you guys just cheat I don’t even how your rng algorithm works Winzo is very much better than your app and I request everyone to don’t lose money on this app it’s a fraud app . Fraud app.

Dont play here. Its been alwayz a set up game. You can never win. Its evrytime you have to losse. And i have faced bots here. From their end. They are getting flopted fullhouse when stakes are big. They just some take your money. Their is no possibilty to talk to their customer support. Its alwayz a bot who come for the chat. Compeltly fraud poker platform. Plz dont playe here. I recomemd. I have been lossijg for thre last one year. You can never win here.

Far way better app than Pokerbazi. It’s really amazing that it is completely fair with the winning probability of the cards, not like even if you have pocket Aces and still you lose, sometimes it can happen and that is understandable, but every time.!! Bad management

App is all good , to be honest I got a decent action over 8-9 months I have even playing here .

However I have had issues with their leaderboard challange programme I was not paid and they just pulled a random excuse that I did play sufficient hands to get my point in a PLO game however it was a Texas LB challenge .
Slow withdrawals - All withdrawals above 5000 go for a risk review on every transaction request you place which can take up to 3 days . Which no poker company in India does it with their Regs . It was a bad experience over all due to bad communication and automatic robotic experience I have had with them .

Ridiculous return policy

I added money 1 week before to this platform but money didn’t received in my a/c but get deducted from my bank !!! Till time ok !! Many time happen !!!!! But when I tried to communicate with concern to assist I was left with no one !!! What’s is this are u all their to keep money of innocent people !!!!! Till time my money is not reflecting!! I don’t know what’s the status. !!!! If u all don’t want to return please let me know na !!!!!
