Says it’s for kids but it’s 17+

I looked at this app and attempted to download it to my daughters phone only to find out i couldn’t as I’d set restrictions and it’s a 17+ app. Not sure why it’s aimed at kids?

Word of the day word is inappropriate and It still shows lot’s of adult content 😠

Searched inappropriate things and this pulled up pictures and websites. No filter present as far as I could tell.
