Pointless
If you are clever enough to find an alternate way to connect to your Juno light/speaker product, do it. This Juno AI app from the Acuity Brands manufacturer is pointless. Can’t get past registration due to a bug that won’t send a text or email confirmation. Bluetooth connection to the speaker (only) and standard 3000k lighting with no dimming, color adjusting or other smart home features is the only option unless you figure out how to directly connect to a smart home hub.

If you see this review before buying the light do not buy the light!
This app absolutely does not work. If you buy RGB lights, you will be unable to use the color features. Save yourself the $25 and find something else.
Can’t even register
This app won’t send a registration code, so I can’t get in. Have had multiple people try. Incredibly frustrating, as we have several Juno smart lights and they don’t stay connected well via the Alexa app. Would not recommend these lights until Juno gets it together and fixes their app.

This app doesn’t fully integrate with the Juno AI lights. I’ve tried on several occasions but the interface doesn’t communicate via Bluetooth. It shows the device as pairing but then loses signal during the setup process. I’m unable to connect to my WiFi. Can’t use Alexa nor the built-in audio speakers. The only reason I decided to go with Juno AI was because of its cool features!! Am super disappointed! I’m using an iPhone 14 Plus. If this product is still being actively manufactured, have your software team fix the bugs.

My wife and I were doing a bathroom remodel and talk to our son about buying lights with a speaker in them. He is an electrician that wires, high value homes and western North Carolina. He looked at these lights, thinking it was a good value, knowing how his mother and I are frugal, however these lights are horrible! The app is horrible!. Other people that reviewed this saying that they could not set up an account are correct. Both of my boys who are electricians as previously mentioned have never had a problem setting up any security or Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc., devices until these. do not waste your time or money. Won’t let me set up account
I bought a couple lights to add in my hallway but everytime i try to sign up in the app it won’t send me a verification code to connect.

We spent over $10,000.00 to have the JunoAI system put in our new home, while the master speaker works fine and the lights do what they are told, however, we have 12 speaker lights that will not play music for more than 2 minutes. The app is clunky and has NOT been updated in over 2.5 years. We have begged the company to send help to us, along with a neighbor that has the same system, and they have no one that will come out or send help. I would rip this out in 5 minutes and replace it with dimmers and Sonos speakers. The worst ever.

For some reason it will not pop up in my Wi-Fi settings I follow the directions and nothing pops up could be a me issue

This product will change the way we live! It is like the SMART PHONE of lightning!! I can’t believe everything it can do... control lights, play music, control all of my other smart products, PA system, make phone calls, and on and on... My family and friends were blown away!
