App doesn’t load past 20%
I downloaded it to keep up with my sons growing collection and as soon as it hits 20% it stops working. Doesn’t matter how many times you refresh the app or how strong your WiFi is!

Make the enclosure for the d Rex I have a red T. rex and his name is Greg I scanned him 3 years ago i got him in 2023 and I am 8 when my friend was not my friend at school he used scissors and cut a hole in the bottom of Greg’s neck but I couldn’t fix it because the material but I got him in 2023 and my friend beau cut Greg’s neck in. 2025 but Greg is the strongest Dinosaur in the Jurassic franchise. And tell the makers of Jurassic movies to stop feeding the dinosaurs adorable goats 🐐 instead feed the dinosaurs lions cause they’re dumb 🐐😀🦁😡

I absolutely love this game! It’s helps me keep track of all of my JW Figures! And I have so many… plus there are fun minigames and videos to keep you occupied in the app! Plus an AR Feature too! I totally recommend this app if you collect JW Mattel Figures like me!

The detailed graphics are precise.
The cons: the sound is not working, I checked settings and they are on. The game touch feature is erratic in functionality-not as responsive.

Best game ever I love it so much and how you can scan a key card codes in real dinosaurs
No Sound!
Sound is toggled on and on full. Latest iPhone, latest software, latest app download and nothing fixes it. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice and doesn’t work. Same on my partner’s phone. No support anywhere to flag the issue so posting here.

Where is the tylosaurus on the app
So I love the dinos of the week and the games but one preastoric lizard is missing the tylosaurus every time I scan it it doesn’t work
