Unable to Connect to Internet
For some reason the app never seems to be able to connect to the internet
Filthy property and no customer support
Will never stay at a JURNY owned location again. The property was dirty, bedding was filthy, bathrooms had mold, and AI based customer support does nothing to rectify the situation in a timely manner. This app has already been deleted from my phone.

Unable to launch
Everything refers me to “use the app” however on 2 different phones the app tells me I have no Internet connection despite me being able to download the silly thing.
Checked settings verified it’s allowed access to cellular, I see it is sending data out over cellular. I don’t know. It’s broke so 0 stars.

App didn’t work
I was given an incorrect code to access my room and could not get logged into the app. Even now that I’m home I still get the same error message that there is no network available.
Overall okay
Our experience wasn’t bad overall. We did have issues with the app not opening our door, then had to wait for customer service for over 25 minutes while standing in the hall to get into our room. From there, the room itself was fairly clean except for the following : the bathroom floor in the corners were dirty, the walls in the room and in the bathroom had what appeared to be dirty handprints, water streaks ( I know this happens with humidity ), a dirty QTip in the wardrobe , the shampoo , conditioner, and body wash were all basically empty , and there was hair ( not ours because I’m bald and my husbands is grey and short ) stuck in towels and in the bed. The front door was also not locking properly but appeared to be fixed when we were checking out. Lastly, the AC unit fan blew air on you all night and the pad for it wouldn’t hold it to be pointed more w the floor versus directly on you. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which also made for a better stay overall.

Baltimore stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our Jurny stay at the old Hotel Brexton in the Mount Vernon neighborhood. The location was great, street parking easy, room comfortable and cute. Self check-in was also easy. Only minor inconveniences: it would be nice to have a shelf or two hung in the bathroom to make up for the lack of counter space, and we missed having a box of tissues and some shower gel. The towels were nice, though, and very absorbent. We will stay with you again.

Overcharging
They charged me for reservation a week before my stay when I downloaded the app, then when it was time to check in they wanted a $250 security deposit that wasn’t mentioned
Don't bother
The app is seriously lacking. Customer service is horrible and unhelpful. These people have a long way to go if they want to be in tourism industry. Their entire business model seems to be counting on enough people making a mistake to deal with them once.
Really great app experience
You could feel that it was the future to entirely manage your hotel through the app. My favorite part was that I clicked WiFi then connect to get connected. No typing necessary. Really smooth experience. I could see it being frustrating if you had an issue but for me it went great
JURNY app
We just used the JURNY app for a vacation rental. It was very convenient and easy to use. We used to to lock the doors, access the WiFi, and communicate with the owners.
Crashing
I can’t give an accurate rating because the app crashes when I click to view the place
App stopped working and there’s no support team
App was working then one day it won’t let me log in stating I don’t have internet connection which I do. There’s no contact or support team listed on the app prior to login or on their online website. I had to do some googling to find an email address to contact but that’s all I got. I only have a couple days before our reservation so I’m really hoping to get this resolved before then…

Easy to use
Recently got to use the Jurny app to look at booking some stays in Miami FL. Super easy to view property photos and location all the information I need all in the same place. Will definitely be using in the future!

Honestly this is a way way better version of AirBnB or Hotels.com in my opinion! No hassles of hotel check in and no hassle with hosts. The locations and rooms are amazing and everything is controlled and unlocked/locked from your phone. Couldn’t be easier. Payment is a breeze. This is the future of travel lodging. Jurny for life!
