FREE OFFER IS BOGUS! Takes my money and ran
They offered me a 30 day free trial; however my credit card was charged right away. Apple shows it as not being charged due to being on a free trial but my Apple receipt shows things differently. I was charged immediately after purchasing the free 30 day trial. I contacted the company. Who was no help. Do yourself a favor, either buy it straight out or don’t buy it. I canceled my subscription through Apple because they were about to charge me ANOTHER $19.99. This FREE OFFER IS BOGUS!

Doesn’t work
I’ve subscribed for numerous years. Found the app and downloaded and I can’t download any issues. Uninstalling the app.I wouldn’t recommend it
Get it before you purchase anything
I purchased a digital subscription before I found this app. Too late. Can’t use it for that.
Awful update
I lost access to over 4 years of subscription issues and purchased special editions (including the Halloween issues, ornament issues, and Christmas specials with various craft projects) with the new update. Even after clicking “restore purchases,” my magazines are gone. Please correct this problem ASAP. Users place their trust in Just CrossStitch that their digital purchases and every associated issue of the magazine will be available through the app. When other magazines have transitioned to pocket mags, previous purchases have always been available after opting to restore purchases. Why isn’t Just CrossStitch doing the same thing?
I can no longer justify recommending Just CrossStitch to other stitchers and will be telling others to steer clear as long as this problem persists

No Back Issues FIX IT NOW
I installed the updated app. I could download the issues from 2017 to present; however, my issues from 2013 through 2016 did not appear. I deleted, then reinstalled the app...still no issues from 2013-2016. I paid for those issues and want them back. FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW.

I CANNOT GET ACCESS TO THE APP
I lost every single one of my issues of the magazine. Went to sign in as it askedf D.C. for (all of a sudden) and I can’t even do that. Pixel Mags claims NO RESPONSIBILITY for maintaining the app. I guess they’re just there to collect money from subscribers who have lost money in both subscriptions and in single sales.
I have regained control of my app and ALL of my magazines shortly after I wrote this review. I guess someone was paying attention! Thank you so much! I have had this account for quite a while and really enjoy it! If I purchase the magazine at the store, they either get damaged or lost as since my husband passed 2 years ago I’ve moved a lot and a lot of my things have been stolen. So I have found that it’s better to keep my magazines digital. I just love Just Cross Stitch and am slowly working on purchasing all the issues that my subscription has not covered. I’m almost there!!😃Lots of great creative stitching!!☺️

Paid Twice
I downloaded the app as I wanted the current magazine. I paid for it but am unable to print it nor save to files.
I can now see that the current issue comes with the app as ‘read’ only. That is not stated anywhere in the app.
I want to print some pages.
I have now been to the webpage & purchased the magazine for a 2nd time to enable me to print the pages I want. I have been able to save the current edition to files from the webpage.
Please refund my money or transfer to the next magazine & enable printing from an iPhone.

No tech support
All issues I’ve purchased gone. No answer from tech support. Don’t buy with this app..currently looking for hard copies so I can finish some projects....

This is ridiculous!
First the app quits working, the it works for a few days. Now it shows your issues, but you can’t download any of them. No response when you repeatedly contact support. Publisher, Annie’s, claims no responsibility and is rude when you try to talk to them to resolve the problem.

Lost all is so
I’ve been subscribed for years and also bought some issues. They’ve all disappeared and won’t restore either my subscription nor my purchases. App hasn’t been updated in a year now.

Why have there been no issues in the app since February 2020?

Mine only offers a but option. After paying for the subscription. Very frustrating. I’ve contacted support twice with no response.
Frustrated
It would be nice to be able to actually view new issues that I am supposedly paying for with my subscription... For the past several issues I only see the option to buy new issues for $6.99, despite paying the monthly subscription fee. Also it would be nice if they would add the 2018 Halloween special issue for ordering.

Wished I read the reviews first
I have the magazine subscription, but wants to do a project from back issue. I paid 5.99 to look At the project o. My iPad. Wished I was able to print. I like to highlight projects as I go to keep my place. There are other subscriptions on line for cross stitch (from the UK). You cab print from them

Can't print
It would be nice to be able to print the patterns. A little difficult to work off ipad.
Almost great
The content of the magazine is excellent, and the digital version is beautiful to view. But that's where it ends. By not allowing us to either print or export to Goodreader its very hard to actually use a pattern. I just paid $10 to look at pretty pictures!

Would love to see the magazine. I'm paying $1.99 a month and don't know what it's for. Email associated with this app to ask. Don't waste your money.
