They are telling there is no charges when buying or selling gold. But when we sell our gold they are deducting some high charges. When we contact them, they are telling its something called “spread”. When i ask for their spread charges, they are telling they will update in update.

Try to withdraw cash its showing still pending after a week also. Try to contact them call not connected try to send in whatsapp they are not responding

Unable to register- error update api failed
Unable to register- error update api failed, app got updated with latest feature and full of issues. Customer support says reinstall app, I already did it before they say, but your tech team don’t even ask about app version and blindly telling to reinstall. I have got latest app then y should I reinstall. Several times reinstalled. There is no dedicated support and team doesn’t know to fix issues. Kyc biometrics are supposed to be at the registration, not after using account for a month. You people have to focus on security, customer support 24/7, skillful technical team. Frustrating! My bad I just got in this app and invested. Zero rating.

The price of gold is transparent and the option to pay with Bank transfer to save transaction fees is a savior tbh.
